If your pillow is too thin then that puts your head in a really bad position. Make sure that your pillow is thick enough to tilt your head just a bit forward.
Next, you might be suffering from allergies caused by your bed sheets. Many people don’t realize it but cotton sheets cause allergies. The reason being is from dust mite that live in cotton sheets. The best way to avoid this is use special organic sheets like silk sheets or bamboo.
Finally, it’s good if you sleep on your side. When you sleep on your back, you can cause your throat to relax too much and that begins to make you snore.
