REIKI!!! try reiki as well it does help.. work out ur auras while meditating.. cleanse them.. it does help..

Spiritual healing is practiced by one who has positive life, positive mind which make his/her thoughts powerful. Purity of mind and body when achieved, person acquires some strong aura and his/her vibes too become strong.

So, when such person touches any limb of person, he/she is able to pass on that vibrant energy in to the other person’s body and that helps the other person to get cured.

2nd reply is that when you are practicing meditation, you can certainly concentrate on troubled part of your body and send vibes for healing and there are chances that you can get better.

2nd way is ‘auto suggestions’ in psychology. This is to give suggestion of goodness to your own body with stable concentrated mind.

How soon you get result is dependent up on your own mental strength but yes you can do it.

You have the total answer in Jaba Yoga. Please repeat your favorite gods name repeatedly with your meditation. It's best way for meditation in this current situation. Please note that controlling yourself or knowing yourself is not easy as mentioned in books. It's need hard work in your meditation. And also it's not a magic to do something for you immediately. It's oriented in practice & believes. Please change your all attitudes to positive to get a good result in your meditation.

Spiritual healing is a euphemism for *the placebo effect*!!

It works fine if your disease is a kind which usually goes away by itself, but if you try to cure yourself of cancer or heart disease by this method the only way you will be ‘cured’ is by *dying*!!

In other words, dear seeker, there is no ‘alternative medicine’ – there is only medicine that *works* and pretend medicine that *doesn’t* – so grow up, face reality, stop lying to yourself and stop promoting ignorant superstition over painstakingly acquired real knowledge. When you practice your ’spiritual healing’ to the exclusion of genuine medicine you are actively causing harm to others who take your airy-fairy advice!

Prevention is the best medicine. Eat right, exercise, have fun and build a strong social network. These things will help to keep you healthy.

If you do get sick, please see a doctor. ‘Spiritual’ healing kills.
