You need to put the …
You need to put the hand in front further down, over your eyes. Then, turn the hand in front so the fingers point toward the eyes. Fold all but the index and middle finger, then spread those two apart as far as you can. Follow this with a rapid and explosive lunge of the hand toward the head. Keep your eyes open so the fingertips impact the center of each eye. The hand on the back of the head should ist. Please video your efforts and post! Good luck with the clarity!
