Yes ,you can learn reiki from a reiki master and become certified as a reiki healer and/or a reiki teacher.It will take time to acquire these skills,so don't rush yourself and you will do just fine.To find a reiki master or a holistic school that teaches reiki lessons,go to a health food store and they usually have free publicationsinside or outside the store-inside these publications they have listings of schools that teach reiki-good luck!!

I took a seminar in Reiki animal healing last weekend. There is a level 2 training which I may follow up on in a year or so.

I am 76 years old and do not intend for it to be a profession or way to make a living. I will use my training with animals at my local shelter.

55 years ago I went to college with the intention of going to medical school. That did not work out in my life and I have no regrets about it.

Any training you take in your life opens you up to new vistas and means of self-expression.

If you receive basic Reiki training you will most likely end up "using" it for yourself or others all your life, whatever professional way you choose to earn your living.

I believe that reiki training is a pyramid selling ploy. You do a weekend course for a certain amount of money and get ( woken up) but can only practise on friends and family, then you go on another course for more money, then another course etc,etc.

I’m sure you could make a career out of it eventually, it would take a lot of practice and networking though.
Just start out by research and get your first level, then go from there.
I think it’s best to look at it as not a way to make money but as a way to heal yourself and others, but hey, that’s my opinion.

If you want to scam people by using imaginary "energy" nonsense, then sure -- it would not be an honorable "profession", but there are dishonest people out there actually charging for this.

yes , you can learn reiki and use it as your profession . Many people are Reiki Masters who run classes and give treatments to others . More over you can be in a business of Reiki Crystals also . About reiki course i red once in http://www.reiki.jdvm.info
