There are a lot of good sites out there- International Reiki is very good. I have just completed my Reiki Level 2. Hope to finish Level 3 soon. The healing/feeling and after effects are amazing. Chakra balancing and cleansing too. I learned the chakra system a few years ago while I was getting my Yoga Registration. Reiki can only "really" be taught by a Reiki "Master" who will do the "attunement" and teach the symbols necessary to complete the "mind training" if you will. I was a skeptic for quite a long time- finally was convinced to try it-so I had someone perform Reiki on me. That did it. It is a wonderful compliment to yoga and the chakra system, and an amazing alternative to "regular, if you know what I mean" treatment or medicine. I still totally believe and feel we need Dr.’s, medications, tests, surgery, etc…However, you will learn instead of trying to take care of the problem once it shows it’s ugly face-how to PREVENT THE PROBLEM FROM HAPPENING. Balanced chakra system, calm and balanced mind, calm and balanced and most of all healthy body. There is also a wonderful (short) book by Libby Barnett- Reiki and Energy Healing . I had to special order it from Borders- but have since seen it on Amazon. Good reading, with simple explanations and under-standing. Go for it! You will not be disappointed.

Although Online Sites are good as mentioned By Shalini Bhalla , But real reiki levels need to be learnt from some Reiki Masters . There are many levels and to start with one has Level One where the learner does Reiki on him/her self .
