Any reiki healing experts out there?? had a spooky experience?

Me and my mum went to this group reiki healing thing last night there were 2 healers to one person, and during it i swear the woman at my feet was holding my feet the whole time. i definatly felt warm hands on my feet i even felt her fingers move. however afterwards i said to her ‘you just stayed at my feet the whole time didn;t you’ she said she didn’t, she only touched my feet at the beginning then at the end. the weird thing about this is (if that wasn’t weird enough) was that my mum had the exact same experience whilst no one else in the room did. what could this possibly mean??

I am a Reiki Master and so feel I am in a position to reassure you. The healing energy moves through the body often with strange seeming effects. It is independent of time or space. Many people experience warmth, I have had some people exerience a feeling of floating, others colour, some music.You were fortunate to have 2 healers and I know you will be deriving benefit from your healing session.     It means that the spirit guide that helps the healer stayed at your feet and you were blessed that the spirit didn’t move around. You may have a problem with your or your mums feet in the near future and the spirit was trying to warn you, or perhaps the problem has been avoided because the spirit stayed there.

    It is spiritual healing and there’s nothing to be concerned about if spiritual things happen.

    I don’t really know, but i had a reiki session a few months ago(only one I’ve had) and saw colours and felt warmth and all sorts.The whole experience was pleasurable though.

    What may account for your experience in that during energy or spiritual healings we experience an altered state of consciousness. We can become more expansive, feel lighter and may see things we normally can’t see (lights around people, sometimes inner organs or muscles, angels, helpers etc). You and your Mother may be quite sensitive and feeling the energy field or soul of your healer which may have concentrated on your feet even though her body moved about. There is no need to be fearful. This awareness is a gift. You can always silently ask "what is the meaning of …(whatever is going on during a healing).

    Namaste, During group healing sessions downpour of energy morethan indivitual healing sessions. You and ur mom would have responded to the energy. when body accepts or responds to healing energy then people have different experience for example they feel cold,warm,tinggling,certain parts of the body becomeing numb or getting energies. So there is nothing to worry about your experience, Divine energy never harms. Dont worry just know you have accepted the good healing and blessing energy.
