    meditation is great …
    meditation is great. and really a video is not necessary at all. the idea is to me, is to close your eyes and focus on absolutely nothing except breathing and yourself. it is healing. I have found it works best with an ipod and headphones. even some mp3s have technology that makes you relax from hearing it. i wish i would have found meditation years ago
