I don’t know about wounded skin, but I think sap from maple trees is a honey substitute.
Honey heals wounded skin? Wouldn’t that draw lots of flies to the wound?

You can use the leaf of an aloe vera plant, put the leaf in the fridge for a burn or itch to help calm the irritated skin as well.
You can buy the gel capsules of vitamin-e, and cut one open and rub it on or around the affected area, but I would only recomment this for a rash, burn, or open wound that may have already had about a day atleast to heal, you don’t want to put it directly on a fresh or open wound.
And IF and only IF it is a sunburn or rash like itch, not a cut or wound, can you use a witch hazel sollution. This is a natural plant that they get an astringent from with rubbing alcohol, and you can find this at any local store near the hydrogen peroxide and rubbing alcohol. Which also works great for acne or poison ivy as well!
If there is a chance of infection, making a poultice of garlic on a sterille bandage can help draw out the infection. Here is a link for how to do this:

Hope this helps

they used to use garlic in world war one or 2 (not sure) to aid cuts and burns so they wouldn’t get infected.

Honey is antibacterial because it’s like slow-release hydrogen peroxide. In other words, diluted hydrogen peroxide would do the same thing.
A good substitute is agave nectar.

Aloe vera is an anti-bacterial and a soothing compound, which is why it’s in almost all sunburn creams/gels.
Garlic is a strong antiseptic. You can rub it on the wound or injest it.
Lemon/lime juice won’t heal the skin, but will kill the bacteria.
I know it’s not a plant, but silver is actually a strong anti-biotic. You can get some band-aids with silver already on there, or buy collodial silver, which you can drink.
