What holistic treatments can help treat/heal petechaie?

That is going to depend completely on what is causing them. Since you know the medical term for little red spots, I’ll assume you’ve been checked over and ruled out thrombocytopenia (low platelets) and the most serious causes like leukemia and vasculitis (inflamed blood vessels).

Holistic medicine treats the root causes, not the symptoms.

If they are caused by hard coughing or a tourniquet or other pressure, they should quickly disappear on their own. Also, if you’ve had a serious fever and that has resolved, don’t worry they will go away quickly.

If they are a result of ITP (Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura) I believe that can be helped by a liver cleanse, using milk thistle seed extract and burdock root. That should be accompanied by a kidney cleanse (to keep you from reabsorbing the toxins that caused this). I like dandelion root for that and prefer the tea to the extract or pills. Drink lots of water while cleansing and supplement with fiber to keep the bowels clean.

If you’ve not seen a health care provider yet, do so at once. This can be a lot more serious than just getting the spots to clear up.
