Listen qi gong is an active process just listening passively is not what its about…you have to do it, it’s a self help excercise that requires diligence, hard work and persistence..thinking you can passively get some ‘magic’ effect etc…is pure fantasy..chinese medicine is very real and practical..you must practice regularly and hard’ to get a genuine feel for whats happening and a ‘result’ …too many westerners think it’s ’spiritual/magical’ and it’s NOT..!!
