		<description>Im pretty sure that the skin is healing because if the skin if falling off that might or most probably would mean that there is new skin healing. Im not a doctor myself but if the skin is a bit dry ask your doctor if it is OK to put lotion on the dry parts to make the skin more moist. 
Another remedy (again im not a doctor so not sure if it works check source): You could put Nail Polish on the ring worm, the clear nail polish, and use nail polish remover when you would like to take it off and soak a cotton ball with Nail Polish REMOVER and dab it. 
Maybe bleach would help but I doubt it, xD. 
Also DO NOT rub the Ringworm it will cause the blisters to crack and make it spread even more, Ringworm can spread throughout your skin and DO NOT be near people because it is higly contagious.
