How can I teach wigglytuff a healing move that’s not wish in sapphire?

I can’t trade, and I want wigllytuff to have a healing move to make up for its bad defence.

Do you mean you want to teach Wigglytuff with any Healing Tech except wish,,,,? Okay, I already check and Wigglytuff can learn Healing Tech only with TM REST. You can get the TM in Lilycove City, from Dept Store go to right and check the houses,,, There’s one man will give you TM Rest… After you use Rest, your pokemon will sleep and the health will full again, but the pokemon will be easily hit by enemy, so it not give you a lot advantage too… But I think, there’s no problem if your Wigglytuff has BAD Defense. I have Wigglytuff too and I make him level 100 and learn Ice Beam, Psychic, Surf, Thunder Bolt, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower. It make him invicible againts any types pokemons (Make your Wigglytuff offensive strategy) or you can buy the item which can raise defense stat in Lilycove Dept Store (I forget the name… it’s calcium, carbos, zinc, or what else…)

    You could use Action Replay codes to give Wigglytuff moves that are otherwise off-limits.

    there’s the tm’s rest & dream eater but they both come at a price in battle.
