if you get injured, and you are in therapy, and you get hurt even more, will the settlement be higher?
November 14th, 2009 | by admin |Grandma strained her knee, she is in therapy, it healed, but the last day of therapy, she re-strained it doing something they had her do [like some sort of stretch] will her settlement be higher?
If she strained it in therapy then the therapist is probably liable. If liability can be determined of course.
It may just be a case of aggravating it by accident and nothing more though and she could have done it under her own volition (meaning that it’s her own fault and she didn’t have to do such strenuous activities). Therefore she might not get any more money.
