Healing touch is wonderful! I had an amazing experience of it during my pregnancy when I was having particularly intense growing pains in my belly. Not only did the HT take away the pain, but helped with my anxiety as well.

i dont know how you …
i dont know how you just learn healing touch so fast, im Buddist, im learning that you have to remember all these spots to apply, and you have to meditate about 5 years at least i think, to finally have enough chi to use healing touch effectively,you have to know how to control it,so it doesnt have a reverse effect,again, you have to know the spots to apply, also you should know about safety energy locks, and know how to lock and unlock, i wonder if these people even meditate at all , no offense
