Hawaiian Healing Therapy: Lomilomi i ke kai

Hawaiian jacuzzi. Phase one is cleansing. Kapu Kai salt water cleansing. The oxygen in the breaking waves cleans the skin and oxygenates the whole body. Lomilomi from the sea massages the body and cleanses the spirit. The timing and vibration of the waves off the pohaku/rocks tunes the soul to nature.
