Does anyone remember The Healing Garden Tangerine therapy from walmart?

Back in about 1998-1999 my best friend got a tangerine therapy gift set by the healing garden. It included some kind of stress relief gel that you could apply to your temples. It tingled and helped with headaches and stress. We have both been looking for it and cannot find it. Does anyone know the name of this product, where it can be found, or if it has been discontinued?

FDA must have removed them from the shelves because people have been complaining.

Before using anything, make sure they have the FDA logo that it’s been approved.
