What crystals can be used for phobias?

I cannot for the life of me figure out what possible physical effect a rock could have on a person, let alone how that physical effect could translate into the very precise psychological efect of lessening phobias.
It’s a rock.
Look into some counseling programs with trained mental health experts who can help you.
