How do crystals work in regards to their individual metaphysical and healing properties?

I’m afraid they actually don’t. Here’s a video of one practitioner being shown up as a hoaxer.

While you may correctly maintain that this doesn’t disprove all of them, in the absence of any proof to back them up as well as all investigations to date coming to the conclusion that they are hoaxes, I think this is the safest bet.

They don’t. Crystals have no such properties.

They don’t work. You’ll find that out if you experiment with them, they have no healing properties or metaphysical properties.

I use them as a focus; a way to boost / magnify my own healing energies (I do Reiki).

crystals are used in just about every electronic you own these days.

quartz crystal is an excellent conductor of energy. this is fact.

metaphysically speaking, they work on the electromagenetic energy fields our bodies create. It all depends on the type of crystal you use and what you are trying to accomplish with body
