I really liked this meditation a lot, my eyes go all unfocused and the colors and sounds are very soothing. I just wish that the blue would fade in as nice as the other colors. It kept distracting me and interrupting the flow.

One of my favorite practices with singing bowl music is to sit or lie down in a comfortable place, gently close your eyes, and listen. Focus on the music and take long, slow, deep breaths inwards through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. If other thoughts occur, acknowledge them and then bring your attention back to the music. Do this any time you need guidance, feel stress, or feel out of balance in any way. May the light of Love illuminate all your days. Namaste’

Thank you for your comment and for rating. It warms my heart that something of my making can make people feel better. I also like (and play) Himalayan bowls. I find them very pleasant and maybe more healing and balancing to the lower chakras; root, sacral, and solar. They also have more of an ortment of overtones, which can be fun. The crystal bowls really call to me, though.
Breathe life in deeply and look forward to the next breath.

They do sound a little spacey, I agree. There are some interesting correlations between crystal singing bowls and outer space. Evidently, the sounds of the ions in the rings around the planet Uranus (the ones within our hearing spectrum, anyway) sound like singing bowls. Small world syndrome, I reckon. Thanks for commenting. That is a fascinating viewpoint. In what way do you consider crystal singing bowls demonic? While I play, I make a point of focusing my intention on love, forgiveness, and gratitude. Those hardly seem demonic in nature. If you are sincere in your thoughts, I would like to hear what you have to say on the matter.
