this maybe a silly …
this maybe a silly question but while tracing ur meridians do u have to do a full cycle of tracing all of them to evenly distribute ur energy? .. for exsample getting distracted and stopping before compeleting tracing all meridians or even get nauscious n having to stop … can it effect your balance by not completing the full cycle and how harmful can it be?
