    I can never get rid …
    I can never get rid of my distractions. I love to think about things I can’t stop, so this will never work for me once I get rid of one thought a hundred more entre my mind, so in our next life do we become spirit guides for our loved ones or what ?

    Telepathy also works. The best time to try it is when you are lying in bed before you fall asleep or right after you wake up, as the mind and body can be quiet and none of life’s noisy distractions can bother you. Their voice is similar but distinct from your usual inner thoughts and after a while it is easy to tell the two apart. Be patient and don’t force anything. Oh yeah, and be patient.

    I didn’t saw my spirit guide in the water at first but I did saw him standing and he was a young blondish wise man and I immediatly scream at him: Why don’t you help me? (I was ungry at him and it was before she said that we could talk) :0

    WoW! The place was really beaultiful and the water feel so good in the begining and I saw a big bison and I was scard first but I got close and feel save and I thought how big and hard that animal was. I was seeing myself.

    Wow it worked for me, my animal spirit was the most beautiful pure white cougar(panther) And my spirit guide is a man with olive skin and black hair I’ve seen him in my dreams since I could remember and he told me we have been together in other past lives. Beautiful

    Hahahaha that was funny. My spirit animal was a deer and it was so adorable:). But my spirit guide must of been distorted because she was incredibly ugly lol. When I first saw her reflection it scared me. Then I opened my eyes and starting laughing.

    I saw my animal although I didn’t see him at first.. he was a monkey of all things.

    But when I got to spirit guide I could hardly make him/her out… Maybe I should try again some time?

    Whoa…that was awesome. Mine was a wolf. I didn’t catch his name, but he reminded me of Aslan from C.S. Lewis’s books. Big, powerful, but tame and friendly. I hugged him and he started to walk into the forest. I put my hand behind his ears and scratched him like he was a dog. XD My spirit guide was…I dunno…she had wispy reddish hair and emerald eyes. She didn’t say anything but somehow I knew her name was “Fox”. X3 Very relaxing guide, 5/5.

    wow i tried this …
    wow i tried this out and i don’t know if i was imagining or not but i saw a white unicorn, it was very tame, then when i met my guide at the very end of the forest i saw my grandma. she hugged me so tight. and this made me cry. even though when i was young we weren’t that close. but this kinda touched me :) so thumbs up!
