The Holy Week Diet Plan

So this one is probably nothing new, but it has a holier name attached to it. This is called the “holy week diet.” This diet constitutes the basic food group and eating practice that the roman catholics around the world observe during holy week. No red meat, and eat in moderate amounts during meals.
