February 26th, 2010 | by admin |I have mentioned that one of my favorite hobbies is making wine at home. I have always fancied myself a bit of a chef. I am the guy who does all the cooking for any family get togethers we ever have. I am the guy who makes all the fancy deserts and whatnots. I am the chef of the family. It seems only natural that I would extend my cooking skills out to making my own wines at home doesn’t it? I mean why not? Making wine and cooking are basically the same thing.
