Just let it dry heal. It will be scabby and itch horribly, but, dry healing is the way a lot of artists heal their tattoos, myself included. I only apply lotion when it itches too bad.

Thankyou

Well actually if the coccyx is inf lammed at it’s articulation. Manipulation can be performed digitally via the anus. This can cause coccyx pain to remit quickly verses traditional MD approach. This could be combined with willow bark and chondroiton and glucosamine if the patient wanted an all natural approach.

The medical approach might be to sit on a doughnut pillow and take ibuprofen.

Of course this does not address coccyx fracture

Very recently, I bought EMPowerplus, a vitamin and mineral product that comes from Canada. It was recommended by a friend and the product is particularly used for people with bipolar disorder, depression, and some related mental health issues. The bottle arrived swiftly and there is a lot of customer support for this product. I don’t know if the product will help, but it seems to be a very legitimate company.

In case you are concerned, I don’t think there is any problem buying vitamins and other natural healing products online. The only exception I know of are companies selling acai berries. They scammed me and thousands of others by offering free trials and then continually shipping more acai to you every month at outrageous prices. Enough credit card companies are getting the bad message about acai that these companies might soon be run out of business.

Aside from the acai craze that has blasted through the internet, buying most natural healing products seems legitimate and safe, if those are your concerns. Besides natural healing products, I have bought hundreds of items online, even through eBay, and have been very satisfied about 95% of the time. In most cases, I got complete refunds when I was not satisfied. I hope this answer helps.

P.S. It just occurred to me that you might be thnking of buying prescription meds online. There are legitimate pharmacies that sell online, but there are loads of very dangerous illegal pharmacies selling online without a legitimate prescription. Obviously, these are to be totally avoided.

My sweetheart broke her collar bone, but refuses to take drugs of any kind! (and personally, she’s driving me nuts pretending like she isn’t in pain) So what would you suggest? We’ve already tried Valerian Tea, but it didn’t work. She’s allergic to to Aspirin and Tylenol and Ibuprofen doesn’t work on her… so do you have any thoughts?

Awwwww. I hope she feels better. That sucks (sorry for my language, but it does!). I chipped my bone once. These are the things I did:

Basil (It helped so much. I don’t know why, but it did.)

Soda can sometimes relieve the pain (small amounts)

Did you try any herbal remedies?

Thinking that you will get better makes you feel better

Ice?

Massage

Can she take baby aspirin? Oh, nevermind.

Ummmm……hmmm…..

Browse around online. I am not a medical expert.

I hope she feels better. Give her my luck!

Do you believe in natural healing? Why or why not? Can you share your experience good or bad relating to natural healing methods? Thanks!

I do believe in natural healing. The body is self-healing in many ways…from how it closes cuts on its own to how it increases the absorption rate of certain vitamins/minerals if the body is experiencing a particular deficiency. Conventional medicine never truly worked for me. Here’s one experience. I used to use Midol to alleviate menstrual cramps, and sometimes it would help (within a half hour to an hour) and other times I would still be in pain.
Recently my mom bought be this tea for PMS symptoms, it contains a medley of herbs in it (I would tell you the name but I’m not home right now, if you wanna know just send me a message). I drank two mug-fuls when my cramps were extremely painful and within fifteen minutes they subsided. Gone, just like that. I don’t know if it was the tea or just mere coincidence that my cramps went down…But as of now I am convinced that it was the tea. I have yet to try it another time, and see if I get the same results.

I also took St. John’s Wort for social anxiety when I was taking a drama course. I don’t know if it was the herb itself that helped me overcome my fears of the stage or if it was just a placebo effect…but either way I performed feeling less anxious after that. If this supposedly natural healing herb had not worked, then it was my mind that did. Just because I thought the herb was intended to get rid of my anxiety, it DID. Your mind is very, very powerful in self-healing, as it is in self-harm. As you probably already know, people who are under mental stress have higher risks of developing certain illnesses (Your immune system weakens if you are mentally stressed, therefore making you more vulnerable to getting physically sick).

I believe that, if you keep a positive mindset and listen to your body’s needs, then you can enable your body to naturally heal itself.

Hope my answer helped.

You might think that i’m daft but a sure fire way to nip a cough in the bud …….. if you have one that is ……… is to slice a lime or lemon into quarters, squeeze the juice into a cup of warm water and add organic honey to taste (honey has antiobiotic properties) and sip on that…………….. then, suck on another 1/4 of a lime or lemon rinsing your mouth out thoroughly afterwards to protect your teeth from the acid ♥

The vitamin C content of limes and lemons is so potent that it does a fine job of eliminating a cough and cold symptoms by bolstering your immune system♥

Just gotta be brave girl and suk on those limes.

Eat more foods rich in vitamin C ~ in particular, limes and lemons, also oranges, strawberries, blueberries, tomatoes, leafy and green vegies, red and green peppers♥

vitamin C will bolster your immunity and help to torch those nasty cold and flu germs♥

Loads of freshly squeezed juices are good too♥

Pump up your fresh filtered water intake as the happiest and healthiest body will always be the most hydrated one♥

Avoid sugar as bacteria will only multiply and feed on sugar. Also avoid B complex thieves such as caffeine, tea, sodas and soft drinks, alcohol ………….. all these things will also do a great job of dehydrating you♥

Paradoxically otc cold and flu meds and aspirin will also do a fine job of robbing you of your B complex of vitamins as well as your precious supplies of Vitamin C.

Take a B complex supplement as the B complex of vitamins are essential for healthy neural digestive and immune system functioning and will assist your body in dealing with stress of being ill ……………. take one even after you recover ♥

Ensure you are drinking or eating something with Beta – carotene in it daily to heal quicker and in future to prevent further colds, as Vitamin A will aid in the proper function of the immune system, shorten the duration of illnesses and generally bolster the health of the mucosal lining of your ear nose and throat ie: carrott juice, pumpkin soups, eggs.

Eucalyptus oil has long been respected for its ability to lower temperatures and help the respiratory tract by loosening and removing mucus during attacks of bronchitis, coughs, flu, sinusitis and throat infections. Its antiviral and antibacterial action will deter further growth of the bacteria or virus♥

Put a capfull of eucalyptus oil into a hot bath and soak in that for 15 – 20 minutes luxuriously inhaling the steamy wonderfull vapours………. this will help enormously in loosening congestion and mucus from your chest and respiratory tract.

Put a few drops of eucalyptus oil also onto a hanky and lie it next to your pillow at night to help ease breathing.

Fill a salad bowl with hot water and put 1/2 a capfull of eucalyptus oil into it ~ make a tent with a towel over your head and lean over the bowl and inhale the steamy eucalypt vapours ……….. being carefull not to get so close that you burn your face♥

Caution ~ Do not use eucalyptus oil if you suffer from epilepsy or high blood pressure ……. if either is the case simply substitute with tea tree oil which is also a brilliant antiviral and antibacterial♥ Also do not use eucalyptus oil if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or on infants or young children under 5 years of age ♥ Under no circumstances should you ever ingest eucalyptus oil ♥

Good health to you♥

be brave and eat the limes hun ~ amazing stuff♥

CHEERS
♥
