Football Alternative Healings?

I play football and I notice the number of times I’m on the field contributes to my injuries or the number of times I get the ball. I need to keep getting the ball to have an effective chance of winning but, the toll on my body parts builds up. I know in the nfl and college they try to limit the carries they get but, is there any type of alternative healing or medicine to help me stay healthy I know some running backs try some of these methods like Ricky Williams and Fred Taylor. Anybody know any methods and where I could learn about them?

Sports massage might be something to look into, lots of athletes use massage for injuries and recovery.

  1. Hi,i am also a foot ball player, related to your question,i think if you play foot ball u defenately have a coach who conduct the source of injuries in the game..if you not have any then its much better to change ur club,ok there r so many sprays to using on minor injuries, but while playing this game u should have a ice to use on the up coming injury, and if u get pain use the tube which i am writing in bracket (Dicloren Gel)use it only on legs and arms and coverd the paritcular area..foot ball game is very hard and xotic game u really need the good diet for it and bother the info of injuries around your senior players..
    Good Luck
